What happens when you ask Live Well Go for a plan.
The plan form
The plan form collects your name and email. It also sends the town or ZIP, goal, and budget band from the stack builder when you entered them, along with the time the request arrived. We use this only to reply with the plan you asked for.
Where a request goes
We store each request as its own file in Vercel Blob and ask for private access. If the store cannot keep the file private, it stays at an unlisted address. A copy is written to the function log. If an alert is configured, the same details may be forwarded so we can answer you.
Analytics
The homepage loads Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless and reports visits in aggregate. It does not receive what you type into the plan form.
Selling and deletion
We do not sell your information. To ask for deletion, email hello@livewellgo.com.
